On June 1, 2012 the Readington Volunteer Fire Company participated with Whitehouse Station Fire Company (22) at the 2012 Field Day for Holland Brook School students in Readington Township. Chief 32 along with a two man crew in Tender 32 were at the school to show the vehicles off and also allow the students to have some fun and get sprayed with water. Setting up on the front pump with an old Basement nozzle, 3500 gallons of water was flowed and sprayed for the students to have fun in along with all the other activities that were available that day. Thanks to Holland Brook School and Whitehouse Fire Company for allowing us to be a part of the event that day. The students sure did soak themselves.
